Ever tried the ice cream at 10Below?
Developed from a Thai idea, made using liquid nitrogen (and magic) and served with speed and professionalism, the ice cream rolls at 10Below are definitely worth queueing for. That’s exactly what our Icebergers did, and after 15 minutes we got our chance.
One of the chefs was so proud of the product that he threw a whole batch away because the rolls weren’t “perfect” enough (in his own words). The finished version was simply fantastic and our Icebergers left feeling happy and somewhat full.
We recommend 10Below for some of the most interesting and tasty ice cream in NYC, but be prepared to wait as it is extremely popular!
